WHAT IS A TALENT LICENSE?

Talent License is Tier One’s exclusive talent certification. After meeting the right criteria, prepare to step into another world. Once you hold this card, you will be granted access to Tier One’s resources and network. Consider this your ticket into the Tier One universe—doors previously locked will be opened to you, and the paths to your goals will be made that much easier.

HOW TO APPLY?

Click ``Apply Now`` to fill-out and submit the necessary requirements needed.
STEP 1
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your application is on process for validation.
STEP 2
The validation process will take 3-5 working days in coordination with the Talent/Career Manager assigned to you. Should there be any discrepancies with regard to your information, your application will be rejected.
STEP 3
Once your application has been approved, you will received an email that you have completed all the needed requirements and you will now proceed to the next step which is the talent license onboarding/orientation.

How long will my Talent License access or membership be?

Your Talent License access or membership will last for one (1) year subject to changes, revocation and renewal.

Can I access all the benefits of being a member of Talent License?

All of the benefits will depend on your access type. The higher access type you have, the more benefits you will get.

Will there be perks and discounts from my Talent License membership?

Yes! We will be sending you updates on your perks and discounts from participating partner merchants so you will know what perks and discounts you have.

What if I don’t know when my contract will expire?

You may check with your Career Manager on your contract expiration date.

What if I don’t know how to get my talent data or credentials?

You may ask assistance from your Career Managers.
